Publication Design I is an introductory course in the use of the computer for page layout and composition. This course covers critical application of basic computer operating principles with an emphasis on publication design, the use of type and layout as key elements in graphic communication, importing text and graphics, arranging publications pages and producing camera ready artwork for reproduction.
